Job summary

Ryanair seeks an experienced UK Outstations Engineer based at Stansted to lead Ryanair's UK Engineering Line Stations. You will manage maintenance, incidents and third-party liaison within a fast-changing environment.

The role requires an Aeronautical Engineering background, a valid EASA Part-66 license, and strong leadership for remote team oversight. Boeing endorsements and driving license are desirable.

Qualifications

• Aircraft Line Maintenance experience is essential.
• EASA Part-66 license and recency preferred.
• Aeronautical engineering background required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Ryanair's UK Engineering Line Stations.
• Oversee routine maintenance, incidents/AOGs, and third-party liaison.
• Manpower planning, recruitment, and staff performance management.
• Ensure spares, equipment availability, invoicing and supplier contracts.
• Conduct base visits and ensure UK CAA/EASA compliance.
