Job summary

Alexander Mae HR is partnering with a growing manufacturing business to recruit an HRAdvisor for their Weston site. The role offers £35,000–£40,000 with a £500 annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will own a broad HR remit, providing practical advice to managers, leading recruitment, and managing the employee lifecycle. The position requires CIPD Level 5, strong knowledge of UK employment law, and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a stand-alone HR advisory role and strong UK employment law knowledge.
• Proactive, people-focused approach with excellent communication.
