Job summary

Forza Foods Ltd is seeking a Stand in Labour Coordinator to join our onsite Labour Team at Normanton. This permanent site-based role offers rotating shifts and hands-on scheduling responsibility to ensure labour requirements are met.

You will plan, organise and coordinate workers at the start of shifts, support payroll, and process annual leave while maintaining production targets and a safe, collaborative work environment.

• Good communication skills.
• Good organisational skills.
• Computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling workers to meet labour requirements.
• Ensure factory management are supported at the start of shift with correct colleague placement.
• Assist in processing weekly payroll hours.
• Process annual leave for operatives while maintaining production requirements.
• Any other duties as requested by management.

About The Role

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a Stand in Labour Coordinator to become a vital part of our onsite Labour Team at Forza Foods. If you are passionate and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, this role is perfect for you!

Position Details:

Schedule: 4 on 2 off, rotating shifts between 6:30am and 10:30pm

Location: Forza Foods, Normanton - Site based role

Contract Type: Permanent

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for planning, organizing and scheduling workers to ensure that company’s labour requirements and needs are fulfilled and colleagues booked as required


• Ensure factory management are supported at the start of shift in ensuring colleagues are in the correct areas


• Assist in processing weekly payroll hours


• Process annual leave for operatives whilst ensuring production requirements for staff are also met


• Any other duties as requested by management
