Job summary

MPA Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of a local engineering company for a Stainless Steel Fabricator in Ballymena. This role offers a four day working week and the chance to join a small, focused team producing a variety of stainless steel products.

You will work from drawings/specifications, fabricating items such as tables, benches and bar units, with TIG welding and finishing to a high standard. A practical, detail-oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in stainless steel fabrication or sheet metal work is preferred but not essential.
• Good practical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Experience in TIG welding and stainless steel finishing would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate stainless steel products from drawings and specifications.
• Manufacture tables, benches, sink units and other items.
• Cut, fold, form and assemble sheet metal components.
• TIG weld, grind, and finish products to a high standard.
• Check measurements and finished work for accuracy and quality.
• Work independently and as part of a small team.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
