About the Role

This managerial role involves supervising and supporting the technical team, creating detailed show reports, and developing stage plans and schedules to ensure the smooth running of day and evening entertainments. You will also run technical and dress rehearsals alongside the director, liaising with all parties involved in the production and entertainment leadership team.

You will act as security personnel to safeguard equipment and performers, which includes lifting and carrying equipment and sets (including unloading and loading vehicles) and ensuring the correct storage and regular maintenance of scenery and scenic properties, following health and safety procedures. The primary goal is to ensure all shows are delivered to a high standard consistent with the Butlins brand.
