ATG Entertainment UK is seeking a proactive Stage Door receptionist for New Wimbledon Theatre and Studio. You will assist the Head of Stage Door, handle front-of-house tasks, and uphold high customer-service standards.

You will contribute to fire evacuation procedures, liaise with theatre staff and visiting companies, and ensure the Stage Door area remains professional and welcoming at all times. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Head of Stage Door in Stage Door operations at New Wimbledon Theatre and Studio.
• Work as receptionist at the Stage Door.
• Maintain high standards of customer care.
• Take a principal role in fire evacuation procedures.
• Log and monitor post and deliveries to the building.
• Ensure the Stage Door area is presentable at all times.
• Liaise with colleagues across the theatre and visiting companies.
• Complete delegated tasks to support business objectives.
• Attend training courses for personal development.
• Comply with Health & Safety policies and maintain a safe environment.
• Complete required training to aid development.
• Undertake any other duties as required by theatre leadership.
