Job summary

LW Theatres Group Limited is seeking a proactive Stage Door Keeper for maternity cover at the Gillian Lynne Theatre in London. You will deliver excellent front‑of‑house service, greet visitors and staff, and control access to backstage areas in line with health and safety procedures.

The role is full-time with shifts across mornings, evenings and weekends. You will monitor CCTV, log daily information, manage deliveries and lost property, and maintain a welcoming, well‑presented stage door while

Qualifications

• Experience delivering first-class customer service.
• Confident communicators that work in a logical, precise and methodical manner.

• Conscientious with attention to detail and presentation.
• Understanding of health and safety practices and security protocols in a theatre setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Stage Door area presentation at all times.
• Provide a warm welcome for visitors, contractors, visiting company and staff.
• Uphold security protocols and control access to backstage areas.
• Monitor CCTV and report irregularities.
• Log daily information and handover to colleagues.
• Manage deliveries and lost property.
• Administrative duties including maintaining logs and equipment.
