Job summary

C&C Search in London is looking for a staffing and development professional to run a high-touch, people-first programme for our client's employee population. You will partner with the HR Lead to match talent to projects and own the full performance development cycle.

Key duties include coordinating daily staffing, building strong relationships with internal teams, advising on hiring decisions, and managing development data to balance individual needs with stakeholder requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Professional Development, Staffing or Recruitment at scale.
• People-focused approach with strong communication to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support daily and weekly staffing and determine relevant skills and experience.
• Build relationships with internal teams to understand performance and development needs.
• Advise on hiring recommendations that balance individuals and business.
• Own the end-to-end performance development cycle and related activities.
• Manage development data for each project to match individual and stakeholder needs.
