Job description

Carestaff Solutions are a leading Health and Social Care recruitment agency based in Preston Docks. We are looking to strengthen our weekend team by appointing a new staffing coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant, fast-growing, and pace-setting social and healthcare recruiter.

The key responsibilities of this role are:
  1. Build positive and productive relationships with clients and candidates for business growth.
  2. Understand client needs and customize existing staffing to meet their needs.
  3. Liaise with candidates for up-to-date availability for successful placements.
  4. Inbound/outbound calls.
  5. Address client/candidate concerns promptly and professionally.
  6. Ensure client/candidate requests are handled timely and accurately.
  7. Maintain up-to-date sector information.
  8. Provide client/candidate support and handle communications effectively.
  9. Work alongside the Compliance Team.
About you:

The right candidate needs to be driven, organized, able to multitask well, good at problem-solving, communicate at all levels, and work well as part of a small team. Training will be offered and there are plenty of development opportunities within the organization.

Work Hours:

Shifts vary, although the working times of the team are:

  1. Monday - Friday 5 pm - 10 pm.
  2. Saturday and Sunday 7 am - 3 pm and 3 pm - 10 pm.
  3. Overnights 10 pm - 7 am.
