As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll be a key player in our growing and enthusiastic Recruitment Team, helping us deliver exceptional service to our internal stakeholders. Your role will involve managing the full onboarding cycle and leading the compliance process for talented candidates who make a meaningful difference by providing essential health and care services to our communities.
This is a fixed term, full time position based at our Runcorn Head Office. You’ll enjoy a Monday-to-Friday schedule, and after settling in, you’ll have the flexibility of hybrid working—working from home two days a week.

As a Recruitment Co-ordinator your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
You will be confident speaking on the phone, be pro-active and have experience completing administration tasks, along with a desire to deliver great customer service. You will be working in a team which manages a high volume of transactions and so therefore you must be comfortable working to deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities.
You also will be able to build effective working relationships dealing with people at all levels within the business.
HRand or previous onboarding / recruitment experience is desirable but not essential as this role is an opportunity to gain skills and experience in this field of work.
