Job summary

Genomics seeks a Staff-level head for the analytical data platform and MystraAI integration. You will own reliability, performance, security, and end-to-end data infrastructure, line-managing a small team while staying hands-on.

You will lead multi-tenant data systems, expose platform data safely to agents, and collaborate with ML on AI system performance, while shaping the data foundations behind MystraAI.

Qualifications

• Large-scale OLAP / ClickHouse expertise, multi-tenant, extreme scale.
• True SRE discipline: SLOs, observability, capacity planning, incident response.
• Data-as-a-Service productisation: secure, multi-tenant releases, discoverability.

Responsibilities

• Architect, tune and operate multi-tenant ClickHouse clusters at petabyte scale.
• Own SLOs, observability, capacity planning and incident response for data systems and pipelines.
• Shape Data-as-a-Service as a product with secure, immutable releases and scalable discoverability.
