Job summary

MystraAI provides the data platform driving innovation across teams, offering a secure, multi-tenant data fabric built for scale and reliability.

This Staff-level role owns end-to-end reliability, performance and security of the data platform, line-managing a small team while remaining deeply hands-on to shape technical direction and

Qualifications

• Large-scale OLAP/ClickHouse design and tuning at extreme scale.
• SRE discipline: SLOs, observability, capacity planning, incident response.
• Data as a product: secure, multi-tenant releases and discoverability at scale.
• Exposing platform data safely to agents with scalable patterns.
• Security by design: isolation and least-privilege access.

Responsibilities

• Architect, tune and operate multi-tenant OLAP clusters at petabyte scale.
• Own SLOs, observability and incident response for data systems and pipelines.
• Shape Data-as-a-Service as a product with secure, immutable releases and scalable discovery.
• Power agent-ready data and scale data infrastructure under demanding workloads.
• Treat security as a first-class architectural concern with tenant isolation.
• Provide technical direction and line-manage a small IC2/IC3 team while staying hands-on.
