Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to lead architecture and reliability for its Kubernetes-native inference platform powering large-scale GPU workloads. You will drive cross-team initiatives, optimize performance, and establish benchmarking and observability standards.

You will mentor engineers, define SLOs/SLIs, and influence capacity planning while delivering low-latency, scalable cloud services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS or related field.
• Strong coding skills in Go, Python or C++ and production Kubernetes expertise.
• Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives at scale.

Responsibilities

• Architect and drive the Kubernetes-native inference platform across multiple teams.
• Improve latency, reliability, and performance under strict P99 SLAs.
• Mentor engineers and define cross-functional engineering standards.
