Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CTO and CPO to develop and enhance the platform, ensuring scalability, flexibility, and the ability to deliver new features quickly.
• Work on complex systems involving finance, logistics, and industrial processes, and contribute to architecture upgrades to handle increasing complexity.
• Drive technical decisions and improvements across the team, ensuring features are built with simplicity, efficiency, and maintainability in mind.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Contribute to the hiring process, helping build a talented, high-performing engineering team.
• Take a hands-on approach to software development, delivering high-quality code while balancing speed and precision.
  
  

Required Experience And Skills

• Proven Experience: At least 7 years of solid software engineering experience, including a track record of successfully shipped features in a startup environment.
• Startup Experience: Experience thriving in a fast-paced startup environment, able to move quickly, iterate, and deliver results under pressure.
• 10x Engineer: Expertise in writing clean, efficient, and high-quality code that is elegant, performant, and maintainable.
• Simplicity and Quality Focus: Strong focus on simplifying complex systems and codebases, ensuring that every feature is user-friendly and easily maintainable.
• Tech Polyglot: Fluency in multiple programming languages, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools as needed.
• Leadership: Experience in leading teams, driving engineering culture, and mentoring junior engineers.
• Passion for Learning: A deep passion for technology and learning new skills, keeping up with industry trends and best practices.
