Saturn Fintech Ltd. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own an AI-driven product suite for financial advice.

You will define strategy, develop a multi-month roadmap, ensure quality and regulatory alignment, and collaborate with engineers, design, and domain experts to ship end-to-end features. You will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional squads to shape the operating model around data, intelligent workflows and compliance controls while driving measurable impact in a fast-growing

Qualifications

• PM experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS, shipped products in market.
• AI-centric product experience, not add-on AI.
• Discovery work that changed product direction.
• Clear, data-informed decision making and prioritisation.
• Strong written docs that reduce meetings.
• Fluent in AI architecture trade-offs and prompts.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and 3–6 month roadmap for AI agent workflows.
• Translate AI capabilities into trusted regulated experiences for advisers.
• Lead discovery with advisers to shape product direction.
• Write unambiguous specs for engineers to ship end-to-end features.
• ruthlessly prioritise features, bugs and quality across releases.
• Balance enterprise partner needs with product coherence and GTM timing.
• Coach peers and build scalable product-management frameworks.
