Job summary

Unily is expanding its design team and seeks a Product Designer (mid‑senior) to shape AI‑native experiences across the platform. You’ll work hands‑on with Product and Engineering to rapidly prototype, validate, and ship high‑quality experiences, elevating visual design and interaction craft across omni‑channel workspaces.

Reporting to the Head of Design, you’ll lead discovery with product teams, validate ideas, and ensure UX excellence grounded in real user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong visual and interaction design skills with shipped product experience.
• Experience leading discovery, validating ideas and designing AI-native experiences.
• Ability to translate user insights into intuitive, high‑quality interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Elevate visual quality through UI design and craft.
• Prototype rapidly to test ideas from concept to near‑production.
• Create user flows and journey maps to communicate design intent.
• Lead and contribute to user research to inform product direction.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and users.
• Apply behavioural design to create engaging experiences.
