• 5+ years of platform engineering in cloud-native environments.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, GitOps and Terraform.
• Proven ability to set engineering standards and drive reliability.
• Experience mentoring engineers.

Responsibilities

• Driving technical direction across AWS, Kubernetes/EKS and GitOps infrastructure.
• Reviewing and improving platform architecture, resiliency and operational readiness.
• Defining engineering standards across infrastructure, CI/CD, observability and security.
• Leading best practices around Terraform, Argo CD, deployment automation and platform operations.
• Supporting secure multi-environment and SaaS deployment models.
• Improving platform reliability, monitoring, disaster recovery and production hardening.
• Mentoring engineers through design reviews, code reviews and technical guidance.
