The London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) is seeking a Senior Cloud & Platform Engineering Lead to own the design, delivery, and operation of enterprise cloud platforms and migration initiatives. You will shape cloud strategy with emphasis on AWS, Kubernetes (EKS), automation, and cloud-native engineering.

Formación

• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering
• AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) preferred
• Kubernetes certifications (CKA/CKAD) and DevOps/SRE certifications beneficial
• Azure certifications advantageous but not required

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design, build, and optimisation of AWS-based cloud platforms (EKS, networking, identity, observability)
• Drive cloud migration programmes end-to-end (assessment, readiness, refactoring, transition)
• Shape and deliver platform roadmaps for scalable, resilient cloud operations
• Champion automation-first engineering using Terraform, Ansible, and GitLab CI/CD
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and compliance with governance controls
• Enable hybrid-cloud integration and selective Azure adoption
• Collaborate across architecture, security, and operations to enforce guardrails
• Lead and develop engineering teams with a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
• Coordinate sprint planning, prioritisation, and delivery across streams
• Represent Cloud & Platform Engineering in governance and programme forums
• Act as focal point for complex cloud and Kubernetes challenges
