An exciting opportunity is available for band 5 Staff Nurses to join our forward thinking nursing team on Ward 4 in Ysbyty Cwm Cynon Community Hospital, which is situated close to Mountain Ash. The hospital supports patients with rehabilitation needs and complex discharge planning. We are looking for highly motivated and committed band 5 staff nurses to work on our rehabilitation wards to support patients in achieving a safe discharge.
We require enthusiastic, motivated individuals who have the ability and passion to work within our friendly ward team. Ysbyty Cwm Cynon is continuously expanding its services and we require staff nurses who have the ambition to help drive these changes and help expand the service we offer.

The Health Board currently operates a number of different shift systems. The most common are a 12.5 hour shift, inclusive of either one 30 minute or two 30-minute unpaid breaks. These shift patterns are subject to review and the Health Board reserves the right to change working arrangements. CTM is a Health Board committed to meaningful consultation with staff and to making balanced decisions that consider all aspects of our service and workforce.
