Staff Nurse - Theatres/Recovery Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust

Join us as a Staff Nurse - Theatres/Recovery at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Role

As a recovery nurse, you will care for patients during the immediate post-operative recovery period until discharge to the ward or home. You will implement basic nursing healthcare independently and practice within your clinical competency. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care, maintaining patient confidentiality, dignity, and respecting personal and religious beliefs.

You may be required to work flexibly and assist in other areas of the department or hospital.

Qualifications & Experience

We are seeking experienced or newly qualified nurses/ODPs with excellent clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge in areas such as Gynaecology, General Surgery, Laparoscopic Surgery, Trauma & Orthopaedics, Urology, Paediatrics, and Emergency Surgery.

You must be a Registered Nurse (NMC) or Registered Operating Department Practitioner (HCPC).
