Job summary

Cheshire and Wirral Partnership is seeking a Staff Nurse for Specialist Mental Health Bed Based in Wirral. Band 5, full-time 37.5 hours per week with part-time options. Salary £32,073 - £39,043 per annum.

The role involves rotation across 12.5-hour shifts, days/nights/weekends, and a commitment to compassionate, patient-centred care. You will join a multidisciplinary team in bed-based wards serving acute admission, PIC, eating disorders, and rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• RMN / RNLD registered nurse with current UK registration.
• Excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
• First level mental health trained nurse with knowledge of current mental health legislation.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team providing care on bed-based wards.
• Demonstrate commitment to values, patient-centred care and safety.
• Work a rotational shift pattern, including days, nights and weekends.
• Support training, supervision and ongoing professional development.
