Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD)

Full-Time, Permanent - 37.5 hrs

Spencer Clarke Group is seeking an experienced Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our private client, committed to providing exceptional care through a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach.

The role is within a 112-bed Forensic medium secure psychiatric hospital, caring for patients with mental illness and learning disabilities, including an Autistic Spectrum Disorder service and a female service.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaboratively planning the care needs of patients.
• Developing positive behavioral support plans with patients.
• Being an active part of the multidisciplinary team.
• Administering medications.
• Assessing and monitoring patient needs.

Requirements:

• Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurses (RNLD) with an ACTIVE NMC PIN registration.
