Nuffield Health is seeking a Staff Nurse for Pre-Assessment at Woking Hospital on a bank/adhoc basis. You will assess patients prior to surgery, support their care needs, and work with a multidisciplinary team. Weekend work is included, and hourly pay depends on experience.

We value compassionate, detail-oriented nurses who are registered with the NMC and committed to high-quality patient care and safety in a busy hospital environment.

Formación

• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
• Post-registration experience in a hospital setting is preferred.
• Demonstrates compassionate, patient-centered care and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Be part of a close-knit team delivering matron-led care in a consultant-led service.
• Conduct pre-assessment checks for patients prior to surgery as first point of contact.
• Support patients and families with information and reassurance throughout the pre-assessment process.
• Maintain high standards of patient care and documentation.
