Job summary

Nuffield Health Hereford Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse for pre-assessment to join our team. This permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours) includes weekend work and offers a salary up to £40,000 depending on experience.

You will be NMC-registered and bring post-registration experience to a supportive, consultant-led service. As part of a close-knit team you will assess patients prior to surgery, deliver high standards of care, and support patients and families.

Qualifications

• Registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC).
• Post-registration experience in nursing.
• Demonstrates a passion for exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients prior to surgery in a consultant-led service.
• Support the needs of patients and their families.

• Work with practitioners in other areas, understanding that continuity in patient care is key
