Job summary

Nuffield Health Haywards Heath Hospital is seeking a Staff Nurse in Pre-Assessment for ad-hoc bank shifts. This part-time role offers weekday and weekend work at Haywards Heath Hospital, with an hourly rate up to £25 depending on experience.

As a registered nurse (NMC) or practitioner, you will join a close-knit team delivering matron-led care in a consultant-led setting, assess patients, provide comfort, and support families while expanding your skills across new equipment and services.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse or practitioner with the appropriate governing body (NMC).
• Post-registration experience in healthcare.
• Patient-focused care and communication.

• Fully understand and support the needs of each patient and their family
• Offer comfort and reassurance, providing the highest standards of care

As a Staff Nurse in Pre-Assessment at our Haywards Heath Hospital, it’s vital that you’re a nurse or practitioner registered with the appropriate governing body. You bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC, as well as post-registration experience. You’re passionate about patient care and it shows.

As a Pre-Assessment Staff Nurse, you will:
