Randolph Hill is seeking an outstanding Staff Nurse to join our Holmesview in Broxburn or Kirk Lane in Livingston. Permanent full‑time, part‑time or bank posts are available, with competitive pay and attractive progression opportunities.

We offer from £23.55–£25.22 per hour, overtime at time plus 33%, a £1500 joining bonus, generous leave (up to 33 days), a funded pension, free parking and staff discounts. You will provide high‑quality nursing care, lead junior staff and support the Home Manager.

Qualifications

• Ideally 12 months post graduate experience in elderly care (nursing home, hospital or community).
• Excellent knowledge of care planning and reporting requirements.
• NMC code of professional conduct and registration.

Responsibilities

• Promote the highest standards of Nursing care within the home.
• Provide a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff and visitors.
• Supervise and support junior staff through effective leadership.
• In the Home Manager's absence, delegate workload efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and individual care plans.
