Join Our Critical Care Team as an ITU Staff Nurse

We’re seeking a dedicated ITU Staff Nurse to join our 28-bed Critical Care Unit at London Bridge Hospital, rated “Outstanding” by the CQC. Our 24-hour unit provides specialized care to critically ill patients with various medical or surgical conditions. The team includes Consultant Intensivists, Critical Care Resident Medical Officers, and Critical Care Nurses.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care through assessment, planning, delivery, and ongoing evaluation.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team to meet patient needs.
• Ensure practice is accountable and maintain a high standard of service delivery.
• Support your professional growth through career pathways and development opportunities, including specialist modules and apprenticeships.

What You’ll Bring:

• Registered General Nurse with NMC pin.
• Experience in General ITU or Cardiac ITU.
• Excellent communication, time management, and prioritization skills.
