The Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust in Reading is recruiting trained staff nurses to join our journey of celebrating and embracing older care. The five geriatric wards were redesigned to be dementia-friendly following £600k funding, and we are piloting an Enhanced Recovery Pathway as one of the first Trusts to do so.
