Job summary

Qualified Staff is recruiting a Clinical Lead Nurse for a supportive nursing home. The role is 36 hours per week, with a week-on/week-off pattern and day shifts, delivering clinical leadership to the care team and upholding high standards of patient care and governance.

You must be an NMC-registered Nurse with nursing home experience and strong leadership, able to supervise staff and champion person-centred care. Pay is £24 per hour.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to join a supportive nursing home.

Hours: 36 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 1 week on / 1 week off

Shifts: Day shifts

Supernumerary: Some supernumerary hours included

About the Role
