Flamingo Ward is a busy 21 bedded Cardiac intensive care unit caring for children and young people with complex heart and lung problems. Common things you will see within the unit are pre and post operative patients with congenital heart disease, tracheal patients and patients in heart failure. We are a national heart and lung transplant centre and also care for patient’s ‘bridging to transplant’ on berlin hearts.

The recruitment process for all admin and clerical roles at Bands 2-4 will be a two stage recruitment process whereby shortlisted candidates will undertake an online literacy, numeracy, ICT and typing test. Only those candidates who pass the competency test will proceed to a formal interview.
