A leading NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Children's Nurse to join a dynamic Outpatient Nursing Team. This role involves assessing and delivering individualized patient care for children aged 0-16, working collaboratively within a supportive multidisciplinary environment. The Children’s Outpatient Service is delivered across 2 hospital sites and one community clinic. We support children and young people aged 0-16 years with a variety of conditions. We run general paediatric clinics as well as specialist clinics such as Diabetes, Asthma and Coeliac. We also have visiting Consultants from regional centres who attend our clinics to offer joint specialised clinics, these include cardiology, genetics and surgery.
We deliver a dedicated Paediatric Phlebotomy and allergy testing services. We offer a wide range of development opportunities including, leadership and management training, skills training, service development opportunities.

To be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of evidence based individualised plan of care. The post holder will also assist in the management and organisation of nursing work in the department
