Holmes Care Group in Scotland is seeking a Staff Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care to residents and support families. You will oversee medicine management, create treatment plans, and ensure a safe, supportive environment while promoting best practices and regulatory compliance.

• Provide excellent nursing care and support to residents.

• Support the Service Manager with targets and supervise shifts.
• Mentor and guide other team members and collaborate with the Manager to ensure smooth home operation.

What does the day of a Staff Nurse look like?

• Providing excellent nursing care and support to our residents
• Overseeing all aspects of medicine management and ensuring the safe administration of medication in accordance with NMC Standards
• Creating and carrying out treatment plans
• Offering a safe, caring and stable environment to the people we support
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
• Support the Service Manager with key targets by promoting and practicing high standards of nursing care and ensuring staff and shifts are supervised in a smooth manner
• Support, guide, teach and mentor other members of your team
• Working individually and in partnership with the Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home

To be considered for this role, you will need to hold a current registration with the NMC and have a relevant Nursing qualification.
