Job summary

Holmes Care Group is seeking a Staff Nurse to join our caring team in Scotland. The role involves providing high-quality nursing care to residents and supporting medication management in line with NMC standards.

You will work 39.23 hours per week, with opportunities for ongoing training, development, and a supportive management structure. A permanent position offering a pension scheme and other benefits is available.

• Hold a current NMC registration and nursing qualification.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent nursing care and support to our residents
• Overseeing all aspects of medicine management and ensuring the safe administration of medication in accordance with NMC Standards
• Creating and carrying out treatment plans
• Offering a safe, caring and stable environment to the people we support
• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines
• Support the Service Manager with key targets by promoting and practicing high standards of nursing care and ensuring staff and shifts are supervised in a smooth manner
• Support, guide, teach and mentor other members of your team
• Working individually and in partnership with the Manager to ensure the smooth running of the home
