Job summary

TipTopJob is recruiting a dedicated Registered Nurse to join an exceptional service in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire. You will work with people with learning disabilities and complex needs, delivering compassionate care in a peaceful setting.

Candidates must hold an NMC pin (RGN or RMN) and have experience in care settings. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £23.40 and an annual salary up to £58,406.40, with a comprehensive induction and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' needs and priorities of care.
• Administer medications and treatments per NMC guidelines and policy.
• Ensure care plans are completed and updated with residents, relatives and professionals.
• Report health concerns and request GP/professional visits when needed.

Job description

An exciting new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional service based in the Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers.

This service provides support for people with learning disabilities and complex needs who would benefit from living in a more peaceful setting.

As a Nurse Your Key Duties Include

• Accurately assess the needs of residents and identify priorities of care
• Administer all medication and treatments within the NMC guidelines and companys medication policy
• Ensure that residents care plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with residents, relatives and other health care professionals
• Report any ill:health amongst residents and make request for GP/professional visit where necessary

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

• Proven experience of working in a care setting
• Ability to show empathy, understanding and experience of the needs of the client group
• Well:developed time management and leadership skills
• Able to show a can:do attitude always

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse either RGN or RMN with a valid NMC Pin : Must have experience working with learning disabilities

Benefits

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of GBP23.40 per hour and the annual salary is up to GBP58,406.40 per annum.
