Job summary

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within a designated clinical team in High Wycombe, England.   • Supervise junior staff and delegate appropriately.
  • Support senior staff and management in service delivery.

  • Be an accountable professional.
  • Maintain professional registration within NMC and working in line with The Code (2018).
  • Work as part of a designated clinical and care team delivering care that focuses on the direct needs of the individual.
  • Embrace new ways of working and demonstrate innovative approach to healthcare.
  • Promote flexible ways of working.
  • Support the daily running of the UIU by taking part/leading on daily Safety Huddles in the UIU.
  • Carry out specific clinical and care tasks and responsibilities to a high standard and competency.
  • Participate in the planning and delivery of individual care provided by the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Supervise junior staff members/student and delegate appropriately.
  • Support senior staff members and management team in service delivery.
Registered Nurse (RN) Will
  • Comply with the Trust policies and guidelines.
