Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse

An outstanding job opportunity has arisen for a committed Registered Nurse to work in an exceptional care home based in the Downham Market, Norfolk area. You will be working for one of UK's leading healthcare providers.

This service offers accommodation and care for people, including nursing and dementia care.

Requirements:

• Qualified Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

Key duties include:

• Assessing residents' needs and prioritizing care
• Administering medication and treatments according to NMC guidelines and company policies
• Maintaining care plans collaboratively with residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals
• Reporting ill-health and requesting GP or professional visits when necessary

Preferred skills and experience:

• Experience working in a care setting
• Empathy and understanding of the client group's needs
• Good time management and leadership skills
• Team player
• At least 1 year of NMC registration

Salary and Benefits:

• £22.50 per hour, up to £51,480 annually
