Healthcare Ireland Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Nightingale Care Home team in Dungannon. You will lead care delivery, assess residents, and supervise care staff while maintaining high standards of person-centred care on a shift basis.

The role requires an UK NMC pin, good English, and the ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team. A welcoming, values-driven environment and opportunities for development are offered.

Qualifications

Valid UK NMC pin.
Minimum of 6 months nursing experience.

Good written and spoken English.

The Role

The role of a Registered Nurse in our services is a key position in our mission to provide excellent and inclusive care. The Registered Nurse is a leadership role, playing a vital part in managing the care of our residents and providing high-quality and person-centred care. The Registered Nurse will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care plans tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
