Deliveroo in London is seeking a Staff Product Manager for the Generative AI Platform to own major parts of our GenAI stack. You will work with engineers and ML researchers across three brands to shape strategy, define roadmaps, and create reusable platform capabilities that scale across markets.

The role requires deep product leadership, hands-on GenAI experience, and the ability to translate complex trade-offs into clear decisions for senior leadership.

Formación

• Proven track record in product management, especially for technical platforms or ML/data infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based products in production, including agents, evaluation, or inference.
• Experience turning disparate teams into shared platform capabilities.
• Ability to work with engineers and ML researchers and explain trade-offs to senior leaders.
• Led large, ambiguous areas and aligned stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.
• Comfort with regular overlap with US time zones, including late-afternoon/evening calls.

Responsabilidades

• Set the strategy and roadmap for core GenAI platform components like model access, routing, and observability.
• Build a single platform for three brands by identifying common patterns and reusable building blocks.
• Shape model portfolios across frontier and open-weight models and decide build/buy/partner decisions.
• Make agents production-ready with safe access to knowledge, tools, and systems and manage cost controls.
• Own the evaluation strategy to prove quality before launch and drive improvements after launch.
• Stay closely aligned with customer teams shipping AI experiences and measure adoption and time‑to‑production.
• Lead at a senior level, presenting to senior technical leadership and influencing strategy beyond your roadmap.
