Job summary

Scale is seeking an experienced product manager to own large AI projects for one or more customers, leveraging cutting-edge ML/AI for enterprise solutions. You will own end-to-end product development and work with executives to shape strategy across industries.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in ML-powered products, strong leadership and communication skills, and a technical background with Python experience. This is a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building ML-powered products, enterprise-facing a plus.
• Strong leadership, presentation and communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams.
• Some coding experience (Python).
• Technical degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise-grade AI solutions that deliver business value for world-class customers.
• Work with Scale executives and customers to determine and execute product strategy.
• Own end-to-end product development: capture pain points, define requirements, manage development, testing and launches.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, marketing, go-to-market and finance.
• Turn solutions into repeatable software that can be commercialized across the industry.
