Dex partner company is seeking a Staff-level, full-stack leader to drive the engineering strategy for customer-facing web applications. You will co-own the DevEx vision, set the technical architecture, and lead a team of five engineers responsible for analytics dashboard, docs, marketing site, sign-up, and billing flows.

You will push for rapid iteration, mentor engineers, and ensure your team acts as principal stakeholders, not just implementers, within a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• Strong full-stack JavaScript experience (React/TypeScript) with backend in Ruby on Rails or Node.js.
• Experience leading a small engineering team and managing people.
• Clear POV on developer tooling and DX.
• Proven ability to integrate LLMs/AI tools into engineering workflows, with velocity gains.
• Empathy for developer customers and good API design.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of five full‑stack engineers, balancing hands‑on technical leadership with people development.
• Own end‑to‑end technical architecture for all customer-facing web apps: analytics dashboard, docs, marketing site, sign‑up, and billing flows.
• Drive adoption of AI tools and LLMs to multiply team productivity and velocity.
• Set engineering excellence standards across code reviews, testing, and incident response.
• Collaborate with SDK and realtime infrastructure teams to ensure a cohesive developer experience.
