Job summary

Fin, now part of Salesforce, is building the future of customer experience. As our Staff Engineer, you will shape the technical direction of Fin's web platform and lead across marketing, analytics, design, data science, and engineering teams.

You’ll own architecture, define long‑term strategy for scalability and reliability, mentor engineers, contribute code hands-on, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver fast, measurable web experiences.

Qualifications

8+ years of software engineering experience.
Experience in high-scale growth-focused web environments.
Proven leadership across multiple teams or departments.
Strong frontend architecture awareness and cloud deployment experience.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve the architecture of Fin's web platform.
Define long-term technical strategy for the web team focusing on scalability and performance.
Collaborate with marketing, design, analytics, and data science stakeholders.
Lead and influence MarTech systems for event tracking, attribution, and testing infrastructure.
Mentor engineers and uphold high standards of reliability and code quality.
Contribute hands-on to the codebase and unblock key projects.
