Job Description

A customer-facing, technical leadership role which requires extensive hands-on work. You will be responsible for:

  1. Leading the development, design, verification, and validation of products (medical devices) to support R&D.
  2. Representing the company as a key technical advisor on B2B product development projects.
  3. Translating customer and business requirements into plans and scalable designs.
  4. Solving complex problems.
  5. Working closely with functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  6. Collaborating within the R&D team to design, develop, and verify subsystems and systems.
  7. Mentoring and motivating team members and junior colleagues.
  8. Delivering new drug delivery solutions on cross-functional projects.
You
  • Hold a BSc or BEng qualification.
  • Have 5+ years of experience in medical devices, preferably wearable infusion pumps and injection devices.
  • Have a proven track record of executing complex systems.
  • Be confident and proficient with modern CAE, CAD, and design tools.
