Job summary

A leading cybersecurity company is seeking a Cortex Customer Success Architect to empower clients in preventing cyberattacks and streamlining security processes. Ideal candidates will have strong scripting skills, customer-facing experience, and a background in security operations.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a Security Incident Responder or SOC analyst/manager.
  • Familiarity with EDR, SIEM, SOAR, NGFW ecosystems.
  • Fluent English required; additional languages a plus.

  • Enable effective deployment and customization of the XDR/XSIAM platform.
  • Assist with technical questions, scripting, troubleshooting, and training.

Job Description
Your Career

The Cortex Customer Success Architects empower clients to prevent cyberattacks, streamline security processes, automate operations, and manage attack surfaces. They are highly technical professionals working closely with customers, partners, and colleagues. Success depends on their expertise and teamwork.

Your Impact
  • Time to value: Enable effective deployment and customization of the XDR/XSIAM platform for quick adoption.
  • Product Expert: Serve as SME, assist with technical questions, scripting, troubleshooting, and training.
  • Collaboration: Work with product and engineering teams to maximize product benefits for customers.
  • Drive product adoption: Engage customers to expand usage and develop innovative use cases.
  • Digital First: Create articles and guides to scale customer support.
Qualifications
Your Experience
  • Experience as a Security Incident Responder or SOC analyst/manager
  • Proficiency in scripting with Python
  • Knowledge of JavaScript or PowerShell is a plus
  • Experience with security design, automation, and use-cases
  • Familiarity with EDR, SIEM, SOAR, NGFW ecosystems
  • Knowledge of cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Attack surface management experience is a plus
  • Customer-facing experience is essential
  • Self-motivated learner with business focus
  • Excellent collaboration skills in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Fluent English required; additional languages a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; UK Public sector experience preferred
