Job summary

Royal Hospital Chelsea is seeking an Internal Communications Officer on a 12-month fixed term contract. You will lead planning and delivery of internal communications, ensuring clear, timely messaging for staff, Pensioners and volunteers across the organisation.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to embed a culture aligned with the Hospital’s values, support staff engagement initiatives and monitor communications impact. This role is based at Chelsea in London.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal communications or employee engagement.
• Ability to create clear, engaging content for internal audiences.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of internal communications to staff, Pensioners and volunteers.
• Work with senior leaders to deliver consistent messaging and support organisational objectives.
• Support a strong fundraising-first narrative through internal communications.
