Job summary

Monzo is seeking a Staff Data Scientist to lead and shape strategic, high-impact data science initiatives across the business. You will partner with senior leaders across product, engineering, ML, design, research, risk, and operations, setting measurement strategies and driving end-to-end data products.

You will remain hands-on with SQL and Python, guiding and mentoring teams while allowing distributed UK work arrangements.
