Ripple is seeking a Staff Software Engineer on the Data Engineering team to set the technical direction for the Caspian Data Platform, Ripple's centralized lakehouse powering analytics and data-driven operations across the company. You will own ingestion, transformation, governance, and data quality while staying hands-on with code and shaping engineering standards.

• Experience with large-scale data platforms.
• Expert in SQL and Python.
