Job summary

Wise is seeking a Staff Content Designer to join our global mission of building an open, fair and human financial system. You will craft intuitive content for payment experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the Receive squad to ensure clear, confident customer interactions.

You’ll contribute to content design in AI contexts, partnering with engineers to shape content systems and QA, and help elevate the quality and consistency of content across Wise’s products.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver clear, engaging experiences for payment and money-movement flows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Wise to ship content for user-facing features
• Contribute to AI and automation discussions, validating customer value
• Partner with engineering to design content systems, prompts, and QA standards
• Influence squads to raise content quality and customer-centeredness
• Prioritise content needs to deliver high-impact projects across teams
• Champion the Wise brand and ensure consistent implementation across products
• Work with designers from other squads to create seamless customer experiences
