Job summary

Wise in London is seeking a Senior Content Designer to shape how millions of customers spend with Wise, at home and around the world. You’ll turn complex financial concepts into simple, actionable experiences and own content projects end-to-end.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Data and Operations, contribute to the Content Guild, and advocate for customer-centeredness and high-quality content across the Spend squad.

Qualifications

• Senior Content Designer with experience shipping world-class consumer products.
• Comfortable navigating complexity and ambiguity — and can successfully collaborate in this environment.
• Highly empathetic, both to customers and the people you work with.
• Exceptional content craft and a desire for quality.
• Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback.
