Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a highly experienced Staff Technical Program Manager to drive cross-functional program delivery across AI-first engineering teams. This role balances software engineering leadership with hands-on technical expertise to advance major initiatives.

You will coordinate across geographies, align roadmaps with business goals, and mentor teams to raise the technical bar while delivering high-velocity, artifact-driven programs with a focus on robust security and scalable APIs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
10+ years in technical program management or software engineering leadership.
Software development background with programming proficiency and architectural review experience.
Hands-on with AI tools and strong understanding of LLM capabilities.
Familiar with API-first products, MCP, authz/authn, modern application engineering.
Proven track record leading large-scale, cross‑unit technical rollouts.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end delivery of technical programs across Eng domains and geographies in AI-first SDLC.
Align technical roadmaps with business goals across Engineering, Security and Product.
Mentor and raise the technical bar for program management across the org.
Identify and remove bottlenecks, improve processes, and communicate updates effectively.
