AItoolnavio is seeking a Staff AI Engineer in the United Kingdom to shape and deliver high-impact AI initiatives. You will provide technical leadership across teams, drive architectural decisions, and build production-ready AI systems that deliver value to real users.

You will strengthen the AI platform with evaluation frameworks, guardrails, monitoring, and scalable infrastructure while balancing deterministic logic and LLM capabilities.

• Proven experience leading complex AI initiatives as a hands-on contributor.
• Design, build and deploy production-grade LLM-based apps used by customers.
• Influence architectural decisions and set engineering standards.
• Build AI evaluation frameworks with automated tests and monitoring.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Operations teams.
